Handmade in the USA of imported fabric. They are one size fits most from child to adult. The NillyNoggin™ cap is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Care Instructions Machine wash warm, line dry. May iron if needed. Some shrinkage may occur. Recommended wash before use.
