Handmade in the USA of imported fabric – 95% cotton, 5% spandex. This Rainbow Tie Dye NillyNoggin EEG cap is super popular! The caps are one size fits most from child to adult. Care Instructions: machine wash warm, line dry. May iron if needed. Some shrinkage may occur. We recommend you wash the Nilly Noggin prior to use.
