Hannahtopia® was founded by the mother-daughter duo of Heather and Hannah.

Hannah is a beautiful young lady inside and out. She is an energetic 15-year old that suffers from severe intractable epilepsy in the form of Lennox Gastaut Syndrome (learn more about LGS). She has suffered from more than 100,000 seizures in her lifetime; resulting in numerous developmental delays. Severe epilepsy has presented her with many challenges in life; however, Hannah has always persevered by remaining positive, savoring each day and pushing hard to make it to the next day.
Heather says:
“We have been on an amazing journey that I would not give up in a million years. Perhaps I may have chosen to take a few shortcuts. But none-the-less, I’ll keep this map. Traveling through this remarkably challenging journey led Hannah and me to a mission to bring happiness to those suffering from medical challenges and create our unique boutique, Hannahtopia™, where we offer products that are fun, colorful, comfy, safe, and functional. We even have a little something for Mom, Dad, and siblings.”
Heather was inspired by their personal life story to create an online boutique of products to brighten the lives of children with special needs and facing medical challenges. Hannahtopia is created by a special needs mom for other special needs families. At Hannahtopia families can find items that are fun, colorful, and comfy – as well as safe and functional. The store currently features:
- Colorful g-tube/feeding tube covers so kids can #blingtheirtubie!
- NillyNoggin caps for EEGs
- Hannahtopia’s exclusive Minky Cloths (they are perfect for catching drool)
- Stuffed animals
- Seizure helmet stickers
- Plus we carry colorful pillowcases, blankets, and incontinence pads – adding color to the basic care items.
Hannahtopia is the perfect place to shop for gifts for the whole special needs family. Send a gift card or some happy accessories and brighten life for a family facing special needs!
When you brighten a child’s life, you brighten a family’s, which in turn strengthens families during difficult times.
